Eligibility
- 16 years for a gearless two-wheeler up to 50cc with guardian consent.
- 18 years for a normal two-wheeler or light motor vehicle.

- Choose Apply for Learner Licence and fill Form 2 with your details.
- Upload documents, photo and signature, and pay the fee online.
- Take the online learner licence test after the tutorial; download the learner licence on passing.
- After 30 days and within 180 days, apply for the permanent driving licence.
- Book a driving test slot at your RTO and attend with the vehicle.
- Track the application on the portal and receive the smart card licence by post.
